Guangzhou: The central city in South China
 
With solid economic power, comprehensive urban functions, convenient traffic networks, large consumer market, high opening degree, fast developing exhibition service system, and socialized exhibition guarantee system, Guangzhou is no doubt the most ideal place for holding international exhibitions.
Economic power: Guangzhou is located in the central area of Pearl River Delta, which is the most active and fast-developing economic region in China. Guangzhou had been at this position for 10 consecutive years. The per capita sale of social consumer goods of Guangzhou, however, had ranked No.1 in China.

There is a road network consisting of Huanan Express Highway, East Circular Expressway, and Xingang East Road; a subway network consisting of No.2 Subway and No.4 Subway, which is on planning, and a unique waterway transportation network utilizing the advantage of Pearl River. With the total area of roads reaching 2.5 square kilometers, this 10.5-square-kilometer small island has the highest road density in China.
