| ◆All exhibitors should
take care of their exhibits against theft.
Valuable exhibits should be well locked inside
the displayed carbines. Personal valuables,
such as cash, mobile phones, passports and
ID cards should be kept in ones' own pockets
at all time.
◆All exhibitors are expected to be law-abiding
and sensible in dealing with confrontations
happening inside the CECF halls and are
obliged to report the accidents like quarrels,
fights, brigandage, or fire in the CECF
halls to the organizers or the CECF and
provide necessary assistance in handling
such events.
◆All exhibitors are also required to take
care of their exhibits and personal belongings
during the period of move-out. All exhibits
are allowed to move out of the halls only
with the organizers’ written consent.
