1.All exhibitors may carry articles or exhibits to their booths by using both the guest and cargo lifts inside the CECF halls or by using handcarts.

2.All exhibitors should not move heavy exhibits to booths with self-provided mechanical transportation tools, such as cranes, forklift, hydraulic truck and barrows. Please contact the nominated contractor for required service.

3.The vehicles coming into the exhibition halls should not be higher than 4.5M. The length of the vehicles going up to the second floor should be less than 7M.

4.No temporary porters outside the CECF halls are allowed to be hired for working inside the CECF halls during the licensing period. The exhibitors may hire, if necessary, the qualified porters with unique dressing inside the CECF halls.
