Overseas transportation and customs clearance may be entrusted to the organizer-nominated transportation company. Exhibits should be delivered on the stipulated date. In addition,Relevant documents should be sent to the transportation company. These documents include: 1. Customs Clearance bills for Exhibits and Certificate of Entrustment 2. Bill of Loading and relevant documents 3. Payment of transportation service fee |
