booth(s) |
All exhibitors who intend to specially construct and decorate their
booths should apply and handle as below to meet the CECF's requirements:
#Any constructions inside the exhibition halls should not be higher
than 8M. The exhibitor who has its booth constructed on the raw
space in CECF halls shall submit to the nominated contractor the
design for approval in case of its height above 2.5M. The design
plan must include the iconography and stenography of booth construction
with sizes, materials used, power load required and wire connection
plan clearly marked. The organizer or the relevant department of
the CECF is entitled to reject any unqualified plans that did not
meet the fire and safety requirements of the CECF and then request
the exhibitors to modify them.
# Organizers or their nominated contractors should pay for special
construction management fee as stipulated in the licensing contract.
#NB:
Any articles should not be hung onto the top of exhibition halls
and other fixed facilities.
1.Any construction objects in all exhibition halls should not be
closed over on the top and its top to the ceiling of the hall should
not be less than 80CM.
2.All connecting electricity wires used inside the booth should
have protective cover that is made of hardly inflammable materials.
General flexible wires and rubber wires are not allowed to use.
3.All booth constructions and decorations should use the specified
hardly combustible and inflammable materials.
4.The distance between the booth and the fixed power switchboard
should be no less than 80CM. Any fire hole and escaping passageway
inside the fairground are forbidden to be blocked. .
