All exhibition organizers are required to submit
to the CECF coordination division the floor layout
plan of booths, written information on the booth fascia,
and attached booth materials 20 days before the date
of move-in.
# The CECF coordination division coordinates all the
on-site services. All shell scheme booths of domestic
section of an exhibition will be constructed by the
CECF Exhibition Service Department. The construction
time will be calculated as part of the licensed period.
# All organizers should nominate a qualified well-known
contractor for special booth constructions and notice
the CECF coordination division 3 months before the
date of move-in for qualification examination. The
required documents for special construction examination
include the iconography and stereography of the booth,
wire connection plan and illustrations on construction
and decoration materials.
# All organizers are liable to submit the floor layout
plan with the location and confine of their special
constructions clearly marked and the required electricity
load and water pipeline connection stated accordingly.
To avoid any disputes, both parties should confirm
all fees and charges for special construction, electricity
and water installation before construction starts.
# All the technologic data and floor layout plan
provided by the CECF are for organizers' reference
only. To avoid any trouble or inconvenience, the
CECF strongly recommend that the design and construction
for all special construction booths should be subject
to the data remeasuring on the spot.
# The Sales Division will notice the organizers
for any reconstruction of the fairground immediately
after the reconstruction is finished and change
the CECF technologic data accordingly. The exhibitors
are encouraged to inquire relevant information.
It is advisable for the exhibitors to confirm fairground
reconstruction information 2 months before the exhibitions.
