Submitting the application for Increasing,
reducing or changing the licensed area
All exhibition organizers, if necessary, may
apply for increasing, reducing or changing
the licensed area after signing the licensing
contract. An application form is required
to submit to the CECF for examination at least
20 days before the date of move-in and all
such applications are subject to the CECF's
final approval and arrangement. Furthermore,
the procedures below are required to go through
respectively:
¡ô Regarding the increase of the licensed
area, the organizers should consult the
CECF in advance. After obtaining the CECF's
written approval, a supplementary agreement
for the increased area is required to be
signed between both parties thereafter.
¡ô Regarding the reduction of the licensed
area, the organizers should submit the detailed
location to be reduced and mark the causes
clearly on the application form. After obtaining
the CECF's written approval, a sum of compensation
is obliged to be paid before the date of
move-in as stated in the licensing contract.
¡ô Regarding the change of the licensed area,
the organizers should consult the CECF in
advance, then submit the detailed location
for change and mark the causes clearly on
the application form. After obtaining the
CECF's written approval, a supplementary
agreement for using the new licensed area
is also required to be signed between both
parties thereafter. In case the new licensed
area is less than the original one, the
organizers are obliged to pay a sum of compensation
for the reduced area thereto in accordance
with the related stipulations of the licensing
contract.
All area outside the licensed area is strictly
prohibited to use without the CECF's permission.
