◆ All organizers should contact the CECF's Coordination Division in advance for moving-in, moving-out, and vehicle parking arrangements. Both parties have to come to an agreement for the following:
　　1. routes of move-in and move-out
　　2. parking of vehicles
　　3. arrangement of moving in-and-out for exhibit-carried vehicles

All above arrangements are subject to the CECF's final coordination for not to disturb the order of other exhibitions held at the same time in the CECF.
◆ Pearl Promenade is kept as public space exclusively for people in the exhibition halls. Exhibits moving in and/or out have to be handled through cargo gates and passenger lifts.
