of violating the regulations
The CECF will adopt the following measures
against violations of <Regulations
on Use of the CECF Halls
1. Request the violation parties to correct
the violating at once.
2. Put down the violations at once.
3. Keep the violating parties from entering
the CECF halls
.
4. Close down the booth of violations.
5. Request the violating parties to compensate
the losses of any damages to the facilities
inside the CECF halls
¡ôLiabilities
1.Any damages, losses or injuries to the
CECF and third parties caused by fire,
theft, explosion or other accidents due
to the improper operations or neglect
of the organizers, contractors or exhibitors
should be undertaken and compensated by
the organizers.
2.The CECF should be exempted form the
liabilities and compensations for any
damages or injuries of the third parties
inside the CECF halls caused by fire,
theft, explosion or other accidents due
to the improper operations or neglect
of the organizers, contractors or exhibitors.
3.The organizers, contractors and exhibitors
should, at all time of working inside
the CECF halls, be liable to the safety
of their exhibits, personal properties
and their own.
