1.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all CECF halls.
2.Enough safety and escaping passageways shall be
arranged and the main passageways should be no less
than 3 meters wide. All safety and escaping exits
must not be locked during exhibition period. It is
forbidden to put any obstacles or packing materials
in the safety and escaping passageways such as elevators,
staircases, etc.
3.Arbitrary wiring or connecting to the main power
supply switchboard or installing electrical apparatus,
such as lights, advertising lightening decorations,
by the exhibitors is strictly prohibited. If necessary,
exhibitors may apply to the CECF's Coordination Division
for such installations, and then the Technical Supporting
Department of the CECF will do the installations at
the exhibitor's requirements. If the exhibitors want
to do the work by themselves, they shall obtain the
CECF's written approval in advance and guarantee that
their electricians are certified. All electrical wires
should be hardly inflammable and meet the safety requirements.
4.The organizers should apply to the CECF's Coordination
Division and Security Division for approval of their
self-constructions and decorations, such as booths,
cabinets, advertisement racks and scaffolds. All decoration
materials must be hardly inflammable and advertising
lantern should be installed with enough holes for
heat spreading. Only after obtaining the written consent
from the CECF can exhibitors start the above constructions
and decorations.
5.Fire-fighting facilities of the CECF halls should
not be covered, blocked or used for other purpose
during booth construction and decoration. All construction
objects in the halls should not be closed over on
the top with the distance from their tops to the ceilings
of the halls no less than 80CM. Such construction
objects should not affect the normal operation of
smoke detectors and water spray systems fixed in the
ceilings.
6.All electrical appliances used inside the CECF
halls shall meet safety requirements. The appliances
with large powers like Iodine-tungsten lights, electrical
stoves, electrical heating device are prohibited to
use inside the CECF halls. Neon lights can only be
used on the first floor of the halls.
7.No combustible or dangerous exhibits, such as
fireworks, firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol, natural
gases, contained hydrogen gases, contained oxygen
gases and other poisonous chemical products, can be
brought into the CECF halls. Only models or substitutes
of the above-mentioned exhibits can be displayed inside
the CECF halls. If such products have to be displayed
in the exhibition, the exhibitors shall apply to the
CECF's Security Division in advance and nominate a
certain person to take care of the products on-site.
8.Flammable exhibit packages, such as cartons, scraps,
foams or boards, should be moved out of the halls
in time. If necessary, packages could be stored in
specified places of the halls with the CECF's approval.
No packages can be stored inside booths, on the top
of carbines or behind booth walls.
9.At the closing time of each exhibition day, exhibitor
shall assist and cooperate with the CECF staffers
to clear the halls, especially pay attention to the
following:
a. Extinguishing fire sources, clearing out flammable
scraps and other potential harms and dangers.
b. Cutting off all power supply.
c. Closing all windows and doors.
10.Concerning any operations that involve firing
(such as burning, electric welding and gas welding),
exhibitors shall submit application for firing approval
to the CECF's Security Division. Only after gaining
written approval can exhibitor carry out firing operation.
The exhibitors or /and organizers shall bear all possible
liabilities and losses for firing operations without
the CECF's approval or by uncertified people.
