◆Cleaning
Apart from regular cleaning in all public areas and the passageways inside the Licensed Area, organizers or exhibitors can apply to the CECF's Coordination Division for special cleaning service inside booths at their own cost.
　　

◆Making advertisement inside the CECF Halls
1.It is allowed to make temporary advertisements over passageways or on booth walls in the licensed area and the organizers must clean them all at the end of the exhibition.
2.Also the regular advertising lantern boxes inside the CECF halls are available for hiring by contacting China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Advertising Corporation. (Telephone: +8620 26081776)
3.All organizers shall pay management fees as stipulated in the licensing contract for all temporary advertisement inside the CECF hall.



◆ Installing telecommunication facilities
Telephone lines have been installed in all CECF halls and can be used for both telephone and internet. In addition, Wide Brand Information Interfaces are available for all halls
