Overseas exhibitors should entrust the nominated freight forwarders of the exhibition to handle exhibit transportation and customs clearance.

　　1.The exhibitor should deliver his exhibits to the nominated freight forwarder(s) and present by mail to the forwarder the list of exhibits, bill of lading made out to order of the forwarder, other relevant documents and pay the freight as stipulated.

　　2.The exhibitor should notify the forwarder which of the following services he decides to use: a) Exhibits are transported from the warehouse of the forwarder to the booth inside the CECF halls with customs clearance. b) Exhibits are handled by the forwarder after sale. c) Exhibits are transported from the booth inside the CECF halls back to Hong Kong or where the exhibitor is.
　　
　　Note: All transportation vehicles are allowed to enter the downtown of Guangzhou only from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day. Those who drive the transportation vehicles in downtown area from 7:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. will be severely fined by the traffic police.
