◆ Cleaning
　　Apart from regular cleaning in all public areas and passageways inside the Licensed Area, organizer or exhibitors can also apply to the CECF's Coordination Division for special cleaning service inside booths at their own cost.

◆ Making advertisement inside the CECF Halls
　　1.Temporary advertisements are allowed to make over passageways and on booth walls inside the Licensed Area only and the organizers should be responsible for cleaning all the temporary advertisements at the end of the exhibition.

　　2.Regular advertising lantern boxes inside the CECF halls are available for hiring by contact China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Advertising Corporation (Telephone:+8620 2608 1776).

　　3.All organizers shall pay management fee as stipulated in the licensing contract for all temporary advertisements inside the CECF hall.

◆ Installing telephone lines and connecting internet
All CECF halls have telephone lines and wide-band ports, which can be used for telephone and Internet use.


◆ Color banner, balloon and aerated arc rainbow service
　　The CECF allows organizers to put color banners, balloons and aerated arc rainbows in the outdoor area and its location should be subject to the CECF's final arrangement. All organizers are supposed to make and supply, install and dismantle all color banners, balloons and aerated arc rainbows during and after the exhibition period and should pay for management fee as stipulated in the licensing contract.

◆ Overtime service
　　If overtime service is required, application in writing to the CECF's Coordination Division must be made by orgnizers before 14:00 of that day. The CECF is entitled to reject any overdue applications.
