5. Installing ceiling racks, document racks,
clothes-hanging racks and advertising lantern
frame.
6. Laying carpet inside the CECF halls.

7. Arranging young females as ritual persons
for opening ceremony, receptionists, interpreters
and translators (Chinese-English or some other
foreign languages), cleaners, servants and electrical
technicians etc. at organizers' cost.
