In accordance with the regulations of the
Guangzhou Municipality Decree No. 3, all exhibition
organizers must inform Guangzhou Public Security
Bureau for holding the exhibition in the CECF
in case the participants including exhibitors
and visitors are more than 1000. And a written
approval of the said bureau should be obtained
for legal operation. The detailed procedures
and requirements are as below:
# Date of submitting: no later than
20 days before the date of move-in
#
Information to be submitted:
1. Legal copy of the exhibition permit and
Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity
Exhibitions
2. Legal copy of the licensing contract
3. Floor layout plan of the exhibition
4. A detailed report including:
1) organizers, co-organizers, name , contents,
dates, venue, area, and number of booths
2) officers from central government, Guangdong
provincial government and Guangzhou municipality
that are invited to attend the opening ceremony.
3) number of correspondents attending the
exhibition
4) number of security guards and staffers
5) the security measures which will be
adopted
5. an application form
# The Guangzhou Public Security Bureau
will make the decision of "approving" or "disapproving"
in writing within one week after receipt of
the organizers' application. No written notice
received within one week will be regarded
as "approved".
# All organizers are required to assist
the on-site policemen for the security of
the exhibition.
The organizers from outside Mainland China
may entrust their co-organizers in Mainland
China to go through the procedures.
