| After obtaining the
<Commercial Registration Certificate for
Commodity Exhibitions>, the organizer is
allowed to promulgate the advertisements and
practically operate the exhibition. During
the period of operation, the name and contents
of the exhibition showed on all advertising
materials, exhibition invitations and banners,
direction boards, ceremony board inside/outside
the venue should be in strict conformity with
that stipulated in the licensing contract.
All invitation and advertisement materials
should be submitted to the CECF for examination
before they are distributed.
The CECF is entitled to terminate or cancel
the licensing contract or close down the
venue during the operation of the exhibition
in case any of the following situations
happens:
1.The name and contents of the exhibition
showed on advertising materials and invitations
are not in strict conformity with that stipulated
in the licensing contract.
2.The name of the exhibition showed on
ceremony board, banners and direction boards
inside/outside the venue is found not in
strict conformity with that stipulated in
the licensing contract without prior approval
from the CECF.
3.The organizer attaches several topics
related or not related to the licensed name
of the exhibition without the CECF's prior
approval.
4.The organizer promulgates illusive advertisements
and/or evil-mindedly bespatters its competitors
or similar exhibitions during the operation
of the exhibition.
Furthermore, the written approval from the
CECF should be obtained in case the organizer
intends to use the name of "China Foreign
Trade Center (Group)", "Chinese Export Commodities
Fairground" or "Canton Fairground". Otherwise,
the CECF will take legal action to claim
against the organizer for any possible
and related losses/damages.
