for Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity
Exhibitions |
In accordance with the stipulations of the current
laws and regulations of PRC, an exhibition can
be legally organized and held only after the
organizer has obtained a <Commercial
Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions>
issued by the local Industrial and commercial
administration organs . Therefore, all organizers
are obliged to apply to the Guangdong Provincial
Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau
for <Commercial Registration Certificate
for Commodity Exhibitions> immediately after
signing the licensing contract with the CECF.
Organizers form outside Mainland China shall
entrust their co-organizers in Mainland China
to apply for the <Commercial Registration
Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions>. The
documents required to be presented are the legal
exhibition permit, the licensing contract and
some other necessary documents and information.
