The licensing contract will
be signed between both parties on condition that the organizer,
Licensee of the contract, can present legal copy of ,
<Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity
Exhibitions>, exhibition permit, information about
its reputation or qualification. Besides, the organizer
shall sign a confirmation to assure the following:
＃ The Licensee has practical ability and
enough experience to organize the scheduled exhibition
with adequate market research and feasibility analysis,
hence the promising success of the scheduled exhibition.
＃ The Licensee has the legal
right and financial ability to sign the licensing contract.
＃ The Licensee is not involved in any form of lawsuit
or government punishment that may affect the success of
holding the exhibition.
＃ The Licensee has obtained or guarantees to obtain
all necessary permissions or licenses, including that
from the relevant government organs or owners of trademarks
and copyrights that can guarantee and support the legitimacy
of the scheduled exhibition.
＃ The Licensee strictly abides by the relevant
laws and regulations on copyright, tax and trademark.
When signing the licensing contract,
please also note the following:
1. Members as of right of the two parties are entitled
to sign the contract directly. Other person of both
parties is entitled to sign the contract legally on
condition that they can present the written legal authorization.
2. The licensing contract and its attachments in duplicate
should be all signed and sealed .
3. In accordance with the current regulations of PRC,
international and domestic section of each exhibition
will be charged with different standards. All foreign
companies including companies from Macao, Hongkong from
Taiwan, their representative/liaison offices and fully-owned
enterprises in Mainland China which participate in the
exhibitions held in the CECF will be charged on the
standard of international section.
After the licensing contract is signed,
the floor layout plan of the licensed area and location
of exhibitors/visitors registration will be provided.
