¡¡¡¡Provided
that the organizers/co-organizers can present
legal exhibition permit and meet the CECF
requirements for qualification and reputation,
exhibition dates and venues will be arranged
through friendly negotiation between organizers
and the CECF by the general principle of "International
Exhibition First and Large-scale Exhibition
First". Here are some detailed principles:
¡ô
Regarding the exhibitions with same/similar
contents or topics and same gross area,
arrangement priority will depend on organizers'
reputation, experiences and past performance
in the CECF.
¡ôExhibitions
with fixed date will have the priority to
choose the same exhibition period.
¡ôThe
interval of exhibitions with same/similar
contents or topics at the same complex is,
in general, no less than three months; in
different complex, no less one month.
¡¡¡¡1. when an exhibition reaches
80,000©O or above,no other exhibition of
same/similar contents ortopics will be arranged
within one fiscal year.
¡¡¡¡2. when an exhibition reaches between
40,000©O and 80,000 ©O, the interval of exhibitions
with same/similar contents or topics at
the same complex is no less than six months;
in different complex, no less three month.
¡¡¡¡3. When an exhibition is regarded potential
and worth the CECF's encouragement,no other
two or more exhibitions of same/similar
contents or topics will be arranged within
one fiscal year.That means the interval
of such exhibitions will be more than half
a year.
¡ô
An exhibition less than 3,000©O will not
be located in the first floor of main hall
in the CECF.
¡ôAny
of the exhibitions below will be unacceptable
to arrange:
¡¡¡¡1. an exhibition whose organizer(s) ever
promulgates illusive advertisements or extends
the contents without permission or exceeds
the approved contents of the exhibition
permit.
¡¡¡¡2. an exhibition whose organizer(s) ever
evil-mindedly damages and/or destroys the
public image and/or reputation of the CECF.
¡¡¡¡3. an small-scale exhibition with the
least development potential
¡¡¡¡4. an exhibition whose organizer(s) does
not comply with the "Fair Competition" principle
and evil-mindedly disorders the exhibition
market.
