All exhibition organizers, who intend to organize an exhibition in the CECF, are obliged to obtain the qualification of organizing this exhibition as stipulated. Good reputation and adequate experiences in the field of exhibition are also required. Therefore, we strongly insist that all exhibition organizers should supply necessary information of their past practices in the field of operating exhibition or supporting certificates  and for the CECF's reference.


The CECF also requires that every organizer should observe the law and regulations of PRC and keep their practices in strict conformity with the principle of "Fair Competition". Any organizer, who ever enjoyed the bad reputation in the field , such as promulgating illusive advertisements, evil-mindedly attacking their competitors or extending their exhibition contents without necessary permission, etc., will be unacceptable until there is evidence showing his effort to regain his reputation in the field.

　

(Note:The reauirement of obtainining qualification of organizing exhibition does refer to organizers/co-organizers in Mainland China only,organizers from outside Mainland China does not need to present or prove his qualification.)
