All organizers should contact the CECF's Coordination Division for moving-in and moving-out arrangements in advance. Both parties have to come to an agreement for the following:

　　1. routes of move-in and move-out
　　2. parking of vehicles
　　3. arrangement of moving in-and-out for exhibit-carried vehicles


All above arrangements are subject to the CECF's final coordination for not to disturb or destroy the order of other exhibitions held at the same time in the CECF.

All exhibitors are not allowed to use the Lobby of the CECF as the passageway of exhibits moving in and/or out
