| Making safety
arrangement for the exhibition |
The organizers of an exhibition should make safe
arrangements and adopt security measures to ensure
the safe operation of the exhibition. The plan of
security measures should be submitted to the CECF's
Security Department for examination and practically
executed during the exhibition period.
¡ô The organizers should nominate one of its
representatives to be fully responsible for the on-site
fire control and security.
¡ô The organizers undertake to organize the
on-site fire and security inspection 1 or 2 days ahead
of the opening ceremony together with the representatives
of Guangzhou Public Security and Fire Bureau and the
CECF's Security Department. In case there are any
insecure constructions or decorations , the organizers
should correct them before the opening ceremony in
strict accordance with the instructions of the Bureau.
¡ô All exhibits are strictly prohibited to be
moved out during the exhibition period unless the
organizers' written approval is issued.
¡ô In general, a security guard per 500©O
is arranged free of charge. The organizers may apply,
if necessary, to the CECF's Coordination Division
for more security guards. The extra charges arising
therefrom should be borne by the organizers. Also
the organizers may arrange and employ by themselves
security guards that should be from the Security Companies
qualified by the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau.
Otherwise, the CECF is entitled to refuse them to
move in the venue.
¡ô All valuable exhibits are required to display
inside locked cabins.
¡ô The CECF may arrange 24-hour-safekeeping
of the exhibits as requested. The extra charges arising
therefrom should be borne by the organizers.
