In accordance with the regulations of the fire law of
PRC, all organizers, who intend to organize an exhibition
in the CECF, undertake to submit the floor layout plan and
related information of the exhibition to the Guangzhou public
Security and Fire Bureau for examination and are obliged
to construct all booths according to the written requirements
of the said bureau. With the approval of the Bureau, All
organizers shall go through following procedures as below:
# Dates of submitting: not later than 20 days before
the date of move-in
# Documents/information to submit:
1. the overall floor layout plan including shell scheme
and special construction booths with passageway size marked
, the location of escaping passages, electricity switchboards
and fire holes.
2. iconography and stereography of special construction
booths , wire connection plan, electricity load requirements
and illustrations of construction and decoration materials.
3. legal copy of the< Commercial Registration Certificate
for Commodity Exhibitions>.
4. an application form for fire and security examination
5. an application report including:
1) name of organizers and co-organizers
2) name, dates, contents and venue of the exhibition
3) number of booths and number of balloons to be hanged
outdoor
4) measures to be adopted
# After receipt of the above documents/information,
the Guangzhou Public Security and Fire Bureau will inspect
the construction site during the move-in period and issue
a notice thereafter. All constructions and decorations should
be conducted in strict conformity with the requirements
and be modified in accordance with the Bureau's notice if
any discrepancies exist . Otherwise, the venue may be closed
down and a sum of penalty should be paid thereafter.
# In case the Guangzhou Public Security and Fire
Bureau does not inspect the construction site during the
move-in period, it is regarded that all constructions
and decorations have passed their examination.
