◆　The organizers should comply with the CECF security and fire regulations currently in force and guanrantee all their agents, employees, contractors and exhibitors to do so. For details please refer to <Security and fire regulations of the CECF>.

◆　The organizers should ensure that all passageways and exits are not blocked, and all fire facilities and other safety equipment inside the CECF are not shifted and occupied.

◆　The CECF is entitled to request the organizers to relocate the articles that block the passageways, exits, lifts, power supply switchboards, fire facilities or any other articles and potentially or practically threaten the safety of the CECF halls. In case the organizers do not relocate the articles as requested within the specified time, the organizers should undertake all the risks and losses arising therefrom.

◆　Before the opening ceremony, all organizers, contractors and exhibitors should cooperate with the CECF and government fire department and accept their on-site joint inspection . Any constructions that are not in conformity with the fire regulations should be corrected and reconstructed to meet the requirements.

◆　The organizers should ensure that all their on-site staffers and employees are well trained to use the fire facilities inside the CEEF.
