| Only the contractors
qualified by the CECF could carry out booth
constructions inside the CECF halls. All technical
data and related information of the constructions
should be submitted in advance to the CECF
and the government fire department for approval.
The organizers should therefore ensure that
the contractors perform all on-site booth
constructions in strict conformity with the
Regulations on Use of the CECF Halls and the
comments from the government fire department.
1.The organizers
or contractors are not allowed to make any
damages, dismantling or changes on fixed
facilities and equipment inside the CECF
halls. Any changes, nailing or holing in
the framework or surface of ground, walls,
doors, windows, pillars or other buildings
is strictly forbidden. No posting and hanging
should be done onto the doors, windows or
pillars inside the halls. Anyone violating
the regulation should undertake the duty
of compensation.
2.No constructions inside
the CECF halls should be closed over on
the top. The distance between the construction
tops and the ceiling of halls should not
be less than 80CM, and the distance between
constructions and power supply switchboard
no less than 80CM. Fire holes and escaping
passageways are forbidden to be blocked,
circulated or occupied. Enough escaping
passageways must be maintained and the main
passageway must be maintained no less than
3-meter wide.
3.All the construction
and decoration materials should be hardly
inflammable and meet the safety requirements
of the CECF and the government fire department
4.All organizers should
use chalk or easy-clean adhesive tape approved
by the CECF to define the exact locations
of each specially-constructed booths inside
the halls. Other materials used for defining
are strictly prohibited. All organizers
should use non-rudimental cloth bottom one-side
or two-side adhesive tape to adhere the
carpets or any other slipcovers onto the
surface of concrete floor. Strong adhesive
mucilage is forbidden to use for adhering
the slipcovers on to the walls or floor
inside the halls.
5.Any hangings on the surface
of ceiling, water-spray and illustration
facilities of the halls are forbidden.
6.The major parts of painting
exhibits or decoration materials should
not be done inside the halls. The repairing
and embellishing painting of the decoration
materials could be done only with the prior
consent of the CECF. In this case, the organizers
could only use the innocuous water paint
oil and are obliged to adopt all necessary
measures to protect the hall floor. The
organizers should be responsible for any
damages to any parts of the CECF halls caused
by the painting and undertake the cleaning
and repairing charges.
7.The organizers or the nominated contractors
should clean all the construction wastes,
packages and wrappages before 17:30 of the
day prior to the opening ceremony and at
the end of licensed period.
8.In case the toilets
and the water supply inside the halls are
destroyed or jammed because of the organizers'
neglect or the contractors' unsuitable working,
the organizers should undertake the relevant
cleaning
