＃ Exhibits
transportation
1.The organizers should submit to the CECF's Coordination
Division the name, phone number and address of the nominated
transportation company or freight forwarder 20 days
before the date of move-in. All exhibits transportation
to the CECF halls must be handled by the nominated one.
The CECF reserves the right to approve or disapprove
the nominated company to operate inside the CECF halls.
2.All exhibitors should not move heavy exhibit to the
booths with the self-provided mechanical transportation
tools, such as cranes, forklifts, hydraulic trucks and
barrows.
3.All or heavy mechanical transportation equipment should
be operated by well-trained workers. Leak-oil trucks
are not allowed to operate inside the CECF halls.
4.During the opening period of exhibitions, all transportation
vehicles should not be permitted to operate inside the
CECF's halls without the CECF written approval.
＃ Use of the transportation facilities inside the
CECF halls
1.No articles, equipment or furniture are allowed
to be carried by the walking escalators inside the
CECF halls.
2.The guest lifts may be used to carry the exhibits
below 1M3.and 300kgs. The cargo lifts could be used
to the exhibits below 2M3. and 2000kgs.
3.No cargos exceeding the limits of the weight and
volume are allowed to be carried by the guest or cargo
lifts and is required to use the hall's stairways
inside the halls. It is forbidden to pile up the cargo
barbarously inside the lifts.
4.No temporary porters outside the CECF halls are
allowed to be hired for working inside the CECF halls.
The organizers/exhibitors may hire, if necessary,
the qualified porters with unique dressing inside
the CECF halls
