Regulations on use of the Visitor-Rest Area of the Lobby



1.The exhibition whose area is above 13,000M2 is allowed to use the Visitor-Rest Area of the Lobby and pay for it at the rates offered by the CECF.


2.The Visitor-Rest Area of the lobby refers to a rectangular area marked by the two walking electric escalators and eight pillars beside them in the Lobby. The area is further divided into three smaller rectangular areas that are called the Eastern, Middle and Western Section respectively. Only the Eastern and Western Section could be used for reception and the Middle Section shall be used as passageway.


3.The use of the Visitor-Rest Area should not be in conflict with other exhibitions that are held in the first floor of Hall 1, 2, 3 and 5. If any exhibitions that have the same exhibition dates and are held in Hall 1,2,3 and 5, the Visitor Rest Area is not allowed to use without the prior consent from the CECF.


4.The organizers shall apply in writing to the CECF for the use of the Visitor-Rest Area 60 days before the date of move-in. Any overdue applications will not be accepted.In case of any applications accepted, a complementary agreement is to be signed between both parties.


5.The organizers are obliged to confer with the CECF on both the layout plan and booth construction scheme of the Visitor-Rest Area 30 days before the date of move-in. While the whole area including the Eastern, Middle and Western Section are used at the same time, the organizers should guarantee to leave a 3-meter wide passageway in the middle section and not to damage or destroy the hardware facilities, like floor, pillars, etc., of the Visitor-Rest Area during the booth construction.


6.The organizers should submit to the CECF the iconography and stereography of construction design and wire-connection plan of the Visitor-Rest Area for their examination and then submit these documents and information of local goverment. to the relevant fire-control department.

8.The Regulations are made by the CECF and are subject to the CECF 's final explanation in case any disputes or misunderstandings occure in the execution.



9.Additional terms and conditions
The CECF also allows the exhibition below 13000M2 to use the Visitor-Rest Area of the Lobby provided that the exhibition could meet the following requirements.



#The exhibition uses the whole first floor of Hall 1, 2, 3 and 5 with a total area no less than 9288M2 can apply to use the Area.



#No more than 2 exhibitors' use the Area and have their booths constructed with top decoration.



#The exhibits showed in the Area should be of famous brand.


#The organizers should submit to the CECF the name of exhibitors and exhibits together with the application for use. The organizers should use the Area in strict conformity with what they submit. In case of any discrepancies found, the CECF is entitled to terminate the use of the Area at any moment, and all subsequences occurred thereto will be levied on the organizers themselves.
