◆　Use of the public area

1. All areas outside the licensed area are regarded as public areas. The CECF's Written consent should be obtained in advance for the use of the public areas.
2. The Lobby of the CECF is prohibited from using except The Visitor-rest Area of the Lobby,which can be used conditionally.
3. In general, the middle section of hall 7 is not allowed to use. In case the use of this section is required, the organizers should obtain the CECF's prior consent in writing and guarantee not to disturb or damage the order of other exhibitions held in the CECF at the same time.

◆　Use of outdoor area
All outdoor area of the CECF is, in general, allowed to be leased on condition that the organizer could properly handle the following:

1. The organizer should submit the ingormation about required load of power supply and installation requirements to the CECF's Coordination Division 20 days before the date of move-in.

2. In case any tents or similar constructions are to be built in the outdoor area, the organizer ought to acquire the prior consent in writing from the department of civic visage supervision and submit the relative application for fire approval to the department of fire control of the local government.

3. The outdoor tents or similar constructions should be built firmly.

4. The organizer should undertake the duty of compensation for any related losses caused by the organizer's misfeasance.
