¡ô Calculation of the licensing period
¡¡¡¡The licensed period is calculated as stipulated in the licensing
contract from the date of move-in for booth construction and decoration
to the end of move-out. Work time below 4 hours will be charged
to the minimum of 4 hours. In case the evening time approved for
construction work starts from 5:00 p.m., the used evening time will
be charged as one working day.
¡ô Working time per licensed day
¡¡¡¡The working time per licensed day is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. (8 hours per day). Any use of the licensed area beyond the
said time shall be charged as overtime work.
¡ô Payment in installments
¡¡¡¡1.All organizers (called as "licensee" in the licensing
contract) should pay 20% of the total license fee as deposit within
the day of signature.
¡¡¡¡2.Another 30% of the total license fee should be paid not later
than 120 days before the date of move-in.
¡¡¡¡3.The balance of the license fee should be paid not later than
3 days before the date of move-in, and the move-in will be approved
thereafter.
¡ôRequirements for an international exhibition
¡¡¡¡1.In accordance with the relative regulations of the People's
Republic of China currently in force, the area of international
section shall be no less than 20% of the total area of an international
exhibition.
¡¡¡¡2.The co-organizer in Mainland China shall act as one and only
legal party to sign a separate licensing contract with the CECF
(called as "licensor" in the licensing contract) for
the area used for domestic section, if any, of an international
exhibition held in China. The said co-organizer should be qualified
to organize international exhibitions.
¡ôRequirements for the legal operation of an exhibition
¡¡¡¡1.Prior to the invitation and promotion of an exhibition, the
organizer is obliged to obtain the <Exhibition Permit> and
<Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions>.
And the organizer is also required to submit the applications
for the approval of the security and fire control arrangements
of the exhibition to the local relative government organs before
the date of move-in. In case any fines, penalties or even closedown
issued or made by the local relative government organs due to
the illegal operation arising from not going through parts or
all of the above-mentioned procedures, all losses and liabilities
arising therefrom should be borne by the organizer themselves.
The CECF should be exempted from any liabilities and losses thereto.
¡¡¡¡2.The organizer is not allowed to organize an exhibition with
explosive exhibits, or any other exhibits prohibited by the government
security organs. Otherwise, the organizer should undertake all
liabilities arising therefrom.
¡¡¡¡3.The exhibits£¬ like artificial jewelry, herby medicines£¬etc.£¬that
are irrelevant to the contracted contents of the exhibition are
generally not allowed to be showed.
¡ô Main fire requirements for booth construction
¡¡¡¡1.All passageways should be no less than 3M wide. If there is
only one passageway in an exhibition hall, this passageway should
be no less than 4M wide.
¡¡¡¡2.Any construction objects in all exhibition halls should not
be closed over on the top and its top to the ceiling of the exhibition
hall should not be less than 80CM.
¡¡¡¡3.All connecting electricity wires inside the booth should have
protective covers that are made of hardly inflammable materials.
Generally Flexible wires and rubber wires are not allowed to use.
¡¡¡¡4.All booth constructions and decorations should use the specified
hardly combustible and inflammable materials.
¡¡¡¡5.The distance between a booth and fixed power switchboard should
be no less than 80CM. Any fire hole and escaping passageway inside
the CECF are forbidden to be blocked.
