Services are offered to exhibition organizers only and any enquiries
from individual exhibitor will not be accepted. All individual
exhibitors, if necessary, are obliged to enquire the relative
organizers directly for any information required.
◆Foreword: In accordance with the different functions of the Sales
Division and Coordination Division of the Fair Complex Operation
Department of China Foreign Trade Center (group), all exhibition
organizers should enquire the above-mentioned two divisions respectively
for any detailed information related to their functions as below.
◆Sales Division
Main functions are:
1. Handling the negotiation of the fairground leasing.
2. Arranging the exhibition dates and venue.
3. Signing the licensing contract.
4. Handling the increasing, reducing and changing of the licensed
area.
5. Handling the negotiation and pricing of the services excluded
in the licensing contract.
6. Offering daily enquiry for the exhibition schedule.
7. Offering technical data and referent floor layout plan of booths

◆Coordination Division
Main functions are:
1.Examining the floor layout plan of booths and performing the
on-site management of the booth constructions.
2.Handling and making final decisions on all on-site disposals
and arrangements.
3.Offering enquiry for any services that do not need to be priced.
4.Handling and making final decisions on all disposals and arrangements
for the opening ceremony and on-site ambience, such as location
of exhibitors/visitors registration, facture and location of the
banners, location of aerated arc rainbows, balloons, color flags,
foreword boards, direction boards and the arrangements of the
ales and the passageways.
5.Directing the organization and coordination of all on-site services
